We provide every patient with a quiet, comfortable and calming environment when in our office - this allows for a thorough exam and an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have for Dr. Gaddis.

*Free with treatment only. A $19 fee will be applied if no treatment is selected. New patients only.

*With Treatment. If no treatment is accepted, the fee for the exam is $19.
